Imaging the costs involved in helicopter evacuation from a cruise ship, the costs can be staggering. Policies have coverage limits anywhere from $100,000 to over $1 million. This is something that you don't ever want to need, but if you you need it you will be happy that you purchased vacation travel insurance.
• Trip Interruption - Missed connections can happen. Airline delays and bad weather can hold up your flight and cause you to miss your cruise or delay your vacation considerably. This is where vacation travel insurance will have you covered. Policies have different limits, they may be a set value or a percentage of the total cancellation coverage. Be sure to compare your options to find what work for you.
